Johnson & Johnson’s consumer health business, valued at a cool $40 billion, is having its initial public offering later this year, and the spinoff hopes to raise another $3.5 billion in the offering.
The Wall Street Journal reported “the share sale would be by far the biggest of what so far has been a quiet year for IPOs.”
